3 ways to Stay Sane in a Pandemic

Are you going crazy? Is your sanity beginning to fade? Are you at the point where, if you hear your family talk about politics one more time, you’re going to explode? You are not alone.


Let’s simplify why are our brains are losing their sanity. When we disrupt our daily rhythm cycle, it can cause stress. As humans, we, for the most part, value structure and routine. That’s at a major lack during this quarantine. The base of what we need to do to stay sane is constantly come up with new ways to engage our minds. 


1st way: Enhance mastering your hobby, something that you claimed to not have enough time to take on due to everyday life.


2nd way: Stay physically active. It doesn’t have to be intense workouts but, going outdoors is what keeps your brain functioning, moving, and active. 


3rd way: Find ways to stay in touch with those you love. Now more than ever, don’t give up on your friends, family, and co-workers. Give them a call, share with them what you’re going through, and make sure they’re doing ok.
